His work has involved coaching a range of people from experienced senior team members to new recruits to help support talent management in several areas of our business as well as working with some of the more newly acquired businesses to help them integrate within the business.
Antony’s expertise covers a broad range of topics from business development, business coaching, sales strategy and process, telephone training, management development; coaching and facilitation skills (Train the Trainer).
His approach is a combination of relationship and results focused, allowing him to build trust and impact positively on the businesses he supports. His success stems from his ability to build relationships, impart knowledge and inspire others.
I am responsible for staff development in the Marketing Solutions Division and, as well as commissioning Antony to work with other teams and individuals, I have had the pleasure of working directly with him for group sessions with colleagues covering customer care (for both internal and external customers) and training the trainer, as well as team development.
I have also worked with Antony on a personal level having undertaken a course of coaching sessions covering assertiveness, confidence building and strategic development.
