Knowledge can be bought or borrowed – buying knowledge is about learning from experience, from our mistakes and the ‘school of hard knocks’…
Bought knowledge is acquired know-how from those who have gone before, or from peers with different levels of expertise that we can observe and make our own.
We believe that regardless of upbringing and education, adults have the opportunity to own their own development. Before the internet and social media, we had study via courses or read books, and if that didn’t appeal then learning was primarily based on day-to-day experience and interactions. Today expertise is shared across multiple platforms; it has never been easier to listen to a pod-cast, or watch an inspiring TED talk.
With a background in entrepreneurship and behavioural science, we aim to stimulate thinking and inspire people to self-develop over their lifetime.
Our work is relational – we rarely provide one-off transactional interventions, as experience has taught us that rhythm and frequency of coaching, builds confidence, and improves performance. On-going support also encourages two-way responsibility.

When we work only with the outer, visible aspects of a person, ironically, we miss most of the picture. A holistic approach works with the whole person. It helps people to understand themselves better, and to take more control and responsibility for using their inner resources to achieve their objectives.
This advises us to focus firmly on the areas of our lives where we can actually take action, and not to dwell on our negative feelings about things that we cannot immediately change or affect. In so doing, we conserve and leverage our Life Force, fostering the happiness, fulfilment, and satisfaction we feel in our lives.
