I have known Antony for ten years, in both a professional and personal capacity.

I was recommended his consultancy by my cousin who works in the same arena (and who knows many consultants), when faced by a problematic member of staff. Antony has a particular skill which is terrific empathetic qualities, which are able to unlock situations that others can’t – the Carlsberg of management consultants. Over a period of years, he worked with our organisation, and helped motivate and manage relationships and people, adding value and becoming a much respected member of the team. He also became a good friend not only to me but also to the member of staff who was causing the issue in the first place. 

I have no hesitation in recommending him, and his style of consultancy. He has no fear of going straight to the root of any problem and doesn’t baulk at upsetting people whilst having the emotional skills to ensure a soft landing, deconstructing the issue to allow everyone to understand the impact of behaviour, fostering greater understanding and which almost always results in greater productivity, and a more motivated team.
