Organisational Development (OD) specialists utilise techniques derived from behavioural science and research methods to positively affect performance and organisational growth. Long-term strategies are implemented to help improve factors such as employee engagement, well-being, career planning, and staff alignment and retention. We advocate of using data to play a key part in driving change and increasing accountability of both teams and individuals.

Having worked with over 350 organisations and delivered more than 40,000 hours of in-house people development, Antony has a career specific MSc in People Organisational Development is a highly experienced ‘motivational trouble shooter’ Executive Coach andfacilitator. In recent years has operated as a non-executive director in a variety of organisations and worked in an advisory capacity raising funds for start-ups with PA Capital Partners in London. Specifically, his background provides the board with expertise in business systems, behavioural frameworks, all aspects of team performance, as well as operational leadership.

In addition to his involvement in industry, Antony spent two years with The Sporting Chance Clinic, Hampshire working alongside a team of therapists helping premiership footballers and international sports people to understand how their thought processes and emotions impact on their addictive behaviours. In the past, he was a regular guest speaker on LBC Radio talk shows, giving advice to callers on handling difficult work situations.

Previously, he has spoken at international conferences in Munich, Paris, and Venice on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry. He was published in the International Journal of Microbial Agents following his presentation at The European Respiratory Society in Munich. The subject was the impact of habitual behaviour in relation to guidelines or evidence when clinicians prescribe medication. In Venice the subject was improving patient adherence.

The work is sector agnostic with clients coming from a multitude of industries ranging from automotive, design and architecture. dentistry, engineering, government departmental teams, financial services, global manufacturing, logistics and pharmaceutical.
